Eligibility for Services
Montgomery Counseling & Wellness PLLC provides telehealth therapy services to individuals who are physically located in the State of Illinois at the time of service. Bridget Montgomery is licensed as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois only. Visiting this website from outside Illinois does not establish eligibility for services.
Contact Form and Communications
The contact form on this Site is provided as a general inquiry tool. It is not a secure, HIPAA-compliant channel and should not be used to transmit sensitive health information, details about symptoms or diagnoses, or anything you would consider private medical information.
